pour our hearts into every bouquet, but if something doesn’t bring you the joy
you expected, we’re here to make it right.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final.
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order,
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include:

• order number
• photos of the arrangement
• description of the issue
  Possible resolutions may include:
• replacement arrangement
• store credit
• partial refund
  Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  We cannot offer refunds for:
• incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• flowers not properly cared for after delivery
• requests submitted after 24 hours

Non-Eligible Claims

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Style preference
• Natural seasonal variation
• Substitutions of equal or higher value
• Damage after delivery
• Heat exposure
• Improper care
• Incorrect address provided

Pickup Orders

All pickup orders must be inspected at pickup.
Once collected, order is considered accepted and final.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not begun.
Once production begins, all sales are final.

Large Orders & Events

For custom floral orders exceeding $500 or event florals:

• Deposits are non-refundable
• No refunds within 7 days of event
• Claims must be made day-of-installation prior to event start

Luxury Bouquet Clause

Orders above $500 involving specialty or imported stems are non-refundable once sourcing begins.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or substitutions caused by weather, supply chain disruptions, transportation issues, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.
Oui Oui Flowers shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
