Design Ownership Clause

All floral concepts, mood boards, event proposals, and design compositions remain the creative property of Oui Oui Flowers.
Unauthorized replication or commercial use is prohibited.

Photography Rights

We reserve the right to photograph our floral designs for marketing and portfolio use unless client requests confidentiality in writing prior to the event.

Confidentiality Option

Luxury clients may request a confidentiality agreement for an additional fee to restrict public portfolio usage.

Exclusive Event Date Hold

Event dates are secured only upon signed agreement and deposit.
Retainers are non-refundable.

Pricing Errors

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or
system error, Oui Oui Flowers reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at
the incorrect price.

Product Availability

Due to seasonal availability, certain flowers may be substituted with similar
blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design. We
always select the best of the season for you.

Limitation of Liability

Oui Oui Flowers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential
damages arising from the use of this website.
