Delivery Area
Oui Oui Flowers offers flower delivery throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.
Our delivery zone covers a wide portion of Southern California, from Calabasas and the San Fernando Valley to Los Angeles, the Westside, and down to Orange County.
Orders may be scheduled for same-day or next-day delivery depending on availability.
SAME-DAY DELIVERY : Need a last-minute gesture? Place your order before 2 PM (weekdays) or 11 AM (weekends), and we’ll take care of the rest.
Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address.
For custom floral installations, weddings, or large arrangements, delivery and setup may be quoted separately.

Delivery Windows
Standard deliveries are made within a selected delivery window. Exact delivery times are not guaranteed unless a specific timed delivery has been purchased and confirmed.
High-Demand Holidays
During peak holidays including Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, delivery windows may be extended. Timed delivery is not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
Recipient Availability
The customer is responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information.
If the recipient is not available, the bouquet may be:
- Left in a safe location
- Left with a concierge or front desk
- Returned for redelivery (additional fee may apply)
Once delivery is completed at the provided address, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
Incorrect Address
If incorrect or incomplete delivery information is provided, additional delivery charges may apply.
Venue & Event Access
For weddings or events, client must coordinate access times with venue.
Oui Oui Flowers is not responsible for deterioration caused by delayed access, restricted venue entry, or improper environmental conditions at the venue.
Risk Transfer
Risk of loss and responsibility transfer to the client upon delivery or pickup.
